These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any services, digital products, programs, events, or coaching provided by Camille Thurnherr, ABN 94 201 178 753, operating as a sole trader from 209 Ashworth Street, Middle Park, VIC 3206, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using this website www.nextlevelgoddess.com, purchasing any products, or participating in any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using this website.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The website provides personal development content, coaching services, workshops, online programs, events, and educational materials. All information is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
You must be 18 years or older to use this site or purchase any service.
2. COACHING SERVICES
All services offered by Next Level Goddess are life and personal empowerment coaching services. They are not: therapy , counselling , psychological treatment, medical advice or mental health services.
Any insights or recommendations provided during coaching are educational in nature and designed to support your personal development.
You understand and agree that:
* Results vary between individuals
* Your outcomes depend on your personal commitment, follow-through, level of participation, and willingness to do the inner work
* We do not guarantee specific results, income, relationship outcomes, or psychological changes
You are responsible for your own decisions, wellbeing, and any actions you take in the course of accessing our services.
3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES OFFERED
Next Level Goddess provides a range of services and products which include:
1:1 coaching packages,
group coaching programs
, online courses (live and pre-recorded)
, online workshops and webinars
, in-person events and workshops
, physical products
and free digital resources including challenges, meditations and downloads.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.
For payment plans: You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on the scheduled dates. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension of access to services . We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a service if payment is not received.
5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Digital Products, Courses & Online Programs
14-day change-of-mind refund applies only to digital products and online courses. You must request the refund in writing to info@nextlevelgoddess.com within the 14-day period. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.
Coaching Packages, Events, Workshops & In-Person Services
No refunds are available for: 1:1 coaching packages , group coaching programs, live events , workshops , retreats or physical products (unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law)
By purchasing any coaching or in-person service, you agree that all sales are final.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website - including text, images, logos, videos, meditations, downloads, worksheets, and program materials, is the intellectual property of Next Level Goddess and/or Camille Thurnherr.
You may not reproduce , distribute , sell , modify , share or publicly post any part of the materials without prior written consent.
Program access is granted to the purchaser only and may not be shared.
7. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
By using our website or services, you acknowledge and agree that:
* You are solely responsible for your personal decisions
* You will use your own judgment before taking any action recommended during coaching
* We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that result from your choices or participation
* You seek medical, psychological advice where appropriate
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
* direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
* losses resulting from your application of coaching material
* outcomes in your personal or professional life
8. EVENT TERMS
If participating in any event:
* You agree to follow all safety instructions
* You understand some events may be recorded for promotional or educational purposes
. To protect your privacy we will seek your consent for incidental audio/video presence in writing prior to the event.
9. ONLINE WORKSHOPS, WEBINARS & LIVE SESSIONS
We may record live workshops and sessions for future educational use.
Purchasing a ticket grants you a single-user licence for personal use only.
10. WEBSITE USE & COOKIES
We use:
